A friend and myself would like to open a website, and we are starting a company, selling R/C cars and trucks, and servicing them! We are also selling fully custom parts, and would like a letter head and a banner and a logo for our website.

Anyone that could give me some ideas, would be super! We have webhosting, and a server, and all that stuff, all we really need to do is get a logo and a banner of some sort! Please give some feedback so we can try to better our selves

What about two checker flags crossed where you put the letters R and C on them respectively, then you name eXtreme and racing on the left and right of theese racing flags respectively and abowe all the W&W in any color. The letters R and C put there on the flags might be formed by changing colors of the black and white bitmaps of the flag.
Hope you get what I mean...

the flag thingy with the r and c letters is totally over used. if you look at automobile magazines you'd find a million businesses with those checkered flags for logos.

skull and cross bones signify death or bad arses... i'd build on theW&W name and use the 'extreme r/c racing' as sub-titles. you could try and use different fonts for starters or maybe use cartoonish type vehicles like the wild willy from tamiya (example only). hth!

btw, what is your specialty... batteries or gas powered?
