I was surfing on Ebay and when I selected an item I received a security alert from Norton Internet Security about an attack. Norton has now auto blocked any connection from the IP of the attacking computer. I'm almost sure that it must have been a link that the ebay user has me directed to off their listing, but I'm not sure. I'm asking for your help to test it before I can be sure and report it to Ebay. I was not logged in as a user, so I would ask that you make sure your cookies are cleaned before testing the link.
Please DO NOT test this link if you don't have a firewall. Code:

Rolie Polie Olie?
I went there, Outpost Pro reported nothing (nothing blocked, no attacks). I can't put my settings here in detail but I do pretty often get warning signs about attempted attacs and attempted port scannings. |
Maybe it's just by accident that I was attacked just after selecting that link.
I'll work with it more later and hope to hear from others findings. Thanks unicorn :) |
