After installing a program, Powerquest V2I server edition, I have to restart my pc.

After that, I can't see my Cd-rom and DvD-rom Drive ?? Can't see the Alcohol drive too :(

Windows cannot load the drivers error 39

Try use system restore.....

1. Remove Powerquest V2I server edition
2. uinstall cd and dvd
3. restart to see if windows find them again..

Windows find them but cannot load the drivers :blink:

May you can try this
Find the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters in registry and delete the keys
Don't forget to export (backup) first
