Have a SVCD that I need to have header of VCD. TMPGEnc only does a few sec of it. Is there anything else that will rewrite the header info without rendering the whole thing? MC MPEG Encoder will rerender it if that is my only option. Reason Don't want to render the SVCD is it is 6 pass and don't want to loose any quality.
