I don't even agree saying it "Locking the Computer". Of course another user can use the computer via the Welcome Screen. This VB util brings up the Classic Logon Screen instead of the Welcome Screen. oh yea forgot it brings up welcome screen if u have that enabled..yea my bad... ;)
