No, it is not just Windows Key + L. If so I should be so dumb to use it or post it here. :D

When you have FUS enabled, the Lock Computer using WinKey+L is not what I really expect. I don't even agree saying it "Locking the Computer". Of course another user can use the computer via the Welcome Screen.

This VB util brings up the Classic Logon Screen instead of the Welcome Screen. So the Limited User cannot use the computer.
