I am getting a windows update error has anyone encountered this problem and if so what did you do to remedy it I have enclosed a screen shot of the error.

Same Problem here. A friend of mine who is a beta tester for ms said it an ongoing problem with sp2 as well as some of the windows attribute when used causes the system to slow down. His advice is don`t install sp2 yet it has lots of issues which is one of the reasons it release keeps on getting delayed.

You have no problem with the XP firewall and windows update ?

No problem here. At first I had many problems because of xplite. It removed files you must have in order for windows update v5 to work correctly. Which includes automatic updates.
