Today my wife and I went to the cell phone store to get our two cell phone shared account switched over from her name to mine. Why? Because I found out our cell company gives employees at my company an 18% discount but the account has to be in the employee's name.

Then after waiting in line for 30 minutes we had this taken care of. The rep said,

Seems simple hu? My wife returns 2 hours later and they said just 20 minutes more. About 45 minutes later she gets the phones. My wife gets home and one phone works, but the phone that we use as our main home phone line started searching for a signal 3 mile away from home and has not found one yet. :blink:

I called the cellular store and talked to the tech that worked on the phones. He said recently he had a new computer system installed and threfore has none of the older updates and never saves the updates from each phone before updating. He can't return our phone to the way it was. :angry:

He said if my wife drove back (25 minutes each way) he would leave a phone for the service reps to swap out for her. It's a slight upgrade from what she currently has but it's a reworked used phone. <_<

Here I sit home with the kids while shes doing all the running. After all, you don't want me to get a DUI do you. :D

Cell phones are a curse full stop!!!

I'm still waiting for a replacement after my last phone was reported stolen- not sure who reported it stolen but it wasn't me, and nor was it stolen.

Nearly 3 weeks later and i'm still waiting- i actually went out and bought a new phone whilst i'm waiting for the new one, i couldnt live without my curse :P
