Once upon a time, might have been approximately a year ago, I went here asking for a good photo organizer. There where a lot of replies and it all ended up with me buying a license for ACD Systems quite nice little proggy ACDsee.

I have made good use of it albeit never felt really happy with it. Now I'm not using it anymore. I found ACDsee quite nice, pretty versatile, but it never really aimed for organizing the pictures in a more advanced way.

Just in case you are about to start a collection of pictures in a digital way: You might be interested in iMatch. I'm not intended to be blabbing a lot about it, you can find out for yourself atJust a tip, I think this is the way for me to go. The collection of pictures will grow over the years.
