I got some disturbing news again from my doctor. I was wondering why I wasnt getting better from the stroke I had and they told me there is some problem with some blood vessels in part of my brain.(as if I really needed that). The good news is I have a brain. Its just a bit in disrepair right now(may have to do with my birthday this month). Im trying to cope as best I can but its getting real depressing every time I go to the doc theres somthing else wrong. Ill try to be here as much as I can though. peace guys(and gals)

I get the same feeling whenever i visit my doctor (monthly), this tablet isnt working like it should so take this one as well.......... this tablet isnt working at all take these two instead............... this has gone wrong because you take this tablet, take this one but be carefull 'cause it has these side effects and if you fall over you need 2 stop taking them. Somtimes it seems like an endless struggle... and maybe it is. The thing is you have to keep going, giving up and letting the despair wash over you is only another way of being defeated, and i'm stubborn as a mule and hate losing!!

Keep your head up and take it a day at a time, this place will be here for a long time and whilst you may be missed when you are not here you wont be forgotten

James, our thoughts are with you buddy. Keep the chin up. I'm not very religious but they say the power of prayer can be amazing, it can't hurt to try that. And positive thinking can do wonders too. We want to see you around here for years to come. :)

Keep your chin up, your hopes high, and your outlook positive. They say that people who remain positive and outgoing even in times of bad health or circumstances always come out ahead. I hope it's no different for you!!

James, hang in there.
It may be hard, but fight this "war" and win it :)

You have your family's support and love, as well as our's.

In 1986, my brother was 21 years old and was found out he had a brain tumor. Needless to say, my family and I were totally freaked out and worried to dead. One of the best brain surgeon Dr. Fleming at Toronto Western General told us the seriousness of the operation, he took a day off to rest before the big operation. Thanks the Lord, my brother came out fine from the operation. Today, in 2002, my brother has two very beautiful kids.

What is the moral of this story? DON'T ever ever lose hope. Of course, feeling depressing...blah..blah is normal as human being. I'm sure you will be fine.
