Can someone please refresh my memory and point me to the website where Microsoft is offering XP at a reasonable price to it's "partners" for like $50.00 ? :unsure:

But this is just for U.S. because I live in Canada and I can't buy it :angry: for this price.

I actually went for it and got this... :) very cool stuff. Nevertheless I'm still using the DevilsOwn release with a newly created cd key. I will reformat eventually, then install my *legal* copy of XP pro. :P It is a good deal if you want to get a legit cd key--not to mention an awesome baseball!!! :D

dunno...i guess....i just posted that mainly for kicks....but a "reset" crack may work with it :P

EDIT: fyi, read over on ieXbeta that it is the full build, and that reset 4.10 works with it

Guys, I picked up one of these evaluation versions at a recent Microsoft Technical Sales for Technical Specialists seminar. There is no need to use the reset crack on this version. Simply edit SETUPREG.HIV to remove the 30 day time limit and it will no longer expire. It still has to be activated (or reactivated after a major hardware change) but otherwise it is as good as the full version.

The special version being offered in the above deal is a full retail packaged version. Again it still has to be activated, but for only $39.99 + shipping it is a great deal.

As for me, I am staying with the corporate version and a blue key (although I have a full retail copy sitting on my shelf gathering dust).

Yes this is a really good deal because here in canada, the price for XP pro version is about $450 cdn :o

As we all know, modyfing a legal copy of WinXP, is the same as using
a Ware* version... :(

If you know a place where people can buy a legit, fully functional WinXP,
for a deacent price, post it here OK ?
