Yipee. Today is one year without Nicitine. I Gained about 20 Pounds (9Kg) But I have lost all but 5 pounds (2Kg) So it is a milestone for me. My little girl has about 6 weeks till she leaves the Matrix, I will be a daddy again soon.

Congrads Phog. It's a lot bigger accompishment than many non-smokers could ever realize. Sometimes I think the only way I could quit would be to slip into a coma.

/me looks at smokes and wonders when i should give up...... |
Congratulations Phogphire from me also and I can speak from experience that it just may be the toughest thing to accomplish. You have or will have a real good reason not to ever start back now. I can say that it has been over 3.5 years since I puffed one and at times I still want one but then I stop and think Do I Really......no not that bad.
Good Luck with the mom and little one coming. Thanks Dudelive |
