I get this everytime I try to post over at playone??? No matter what area the same thing happens, won't even except log-ins

Hya,

Maybe a dumb question, but are u sure you are loggin? All forum permissions seem to be ok.

Is it with all forums, or specific ones, and are u able to reply?

Nope I can't do anything over on playone, no problems here just over there, won't let me login at all......
I log in
It goes to the "thanks you are logged in window", and then goes back to the enter user name and password window,
Won't let me sign in to post or anything

I just tried to log into playone myself and after I typed in my username/password, it said thanks but still recognizes me as "guest" I refreshed the browser as well and it still says guest.

In the button taskbar ther is a Privacy report go to playone and before you do anything click on it there you see playone.net dobbel click on it and change the rules to always allow this site to use cokie

now try to login i think that will to the trick for you..

Nope no luck at all, even went into IE options and allowed all cookies no luck at all. It is even checked in the board options

Hmmm.... this sounds really weird... I just made 2 test posts with no problems at all...

Have you installed any kind of antivirus/popup-killer recently? Some of these proggies block cookies too...

turned everything off, allowed all cookies still only guest, no sign in excepted I see I am not the only one either

So I take it support for playone and codeone has ended??

Okay I have all cookies allowed, tried to register and I CANNOT POST at playone, I sign in it says thankyou, then i try to reply or start a subject and I get sorry you are not logged in and do not have permission, I would say I am not the only one cuz their isn't alot going on over there.....Is there a problem?? Is it being worked on?? Is it being dumped????

I really hate to complain, but what good is playone if no one can post??? Sure the mods can.... and yes I have cookies allowed and yes my security is set to low, and no I don't have any pop-up stoppers, It makes no difference what computer I am on either, It won't let me register says I am already, I guess no one cares or is working on it?? Ok, no problem then just get rid of it...

yeap same here

all cookies allowed and everything

even tired netscape - old one and v6 or something like that and i tired connection with and witout cable, dsl, dialup and even tired with a proxy

um kina werid though how betaone works

guess they have it set to set a different cookie

i bet thats the problem that these cookies for all theree sites hmm each over...

I guess playone has been forgotten?? or do you just not care anymore??? then why still listed everywhere?? is it just for kicks

i think i found the problem

its saving a temp. cookie

if u login and click stop so it does not go to the next page and check your cookies its there

but once u get forwarded to next page it gets deleted

Try to login, using the same user/pass as you have here....

I have done everything, It will not let me log in at all and it makes no difference on the operating system, XP, 2000 or 98 It will not let me log in no matter what I do...

why is this being ignored?? There is a problem
I see some may log in but they all belong to the admin. or moderator group

While we may not have replied and indicated that it was being fixed, I can assure you that we are aware of the problem, and we're working on fixing it. However, its easier said than done, and we've tried multiple remedies to no avail.

yea i believe that's the case

session cookies are setting for everyone except for admin and mods..theirs are permanent

everyone's should be permanent but they are not

or at least session for everyone but for like 7 days

here is an easy fix lol

When it WAS working, it barely got used. The game forums should just be brought back here IMHO...
