Why are you shutting down and rebooting?
Are these warm or cold boots?

What happens if you reboot to safe mode?
What happens if you boot with Last Known Good Configuration.

When i starts in safe mode the problem dos not acur, but in last good konfiguration it`s back and i get blue screen and error message foult in none page area

I would for the moment get rid of the sound card and drivers. Do you have a single or dual boot?
Also, is there any delay e.g. 6 seconds in the Startup and Recovery/Setttings window in
My Computer/Properties/Advanced?

hi
i have dual boot 2000/XP. This problem does not acour in XP only in W2k. i will try to find out more, and try to get new drivers for 2000

You might want to look for different video drivers for W2K as well. What kind is it?
