hi all is there anything that i can do about this as i purchased a 1 year autoupdate subscription and have only used just over a month then i upgraded my motherboard,mem ,pocessor, now it is not working as it works on hardware id
sent email to them about new id this was the responce i got

Each AutoUpdate subscription is valid on the machine from which purchased (we
were able to price them so low because we counted on each machine paying its
own costs). So your original AutoUpdate license information will not work on
your new machine.

Users who wish to use AutoUpdate on two computers will need to purchase two
AutoUpdate subscriptions (one per computer - you cannot use the same AutoUpdate
subscription on two computers at once). You can always do manual updates (this
updating option is free), if you do not wish to purchase another AutoUpdate key
for your second machine.

Using the Manual Updating Feature:
1.) Open SpywareBlaster
2.) Press the "Updates" tab on the left side of the program interface
3.) Press the "Check for Updates" button
4.) If updates were downloaded, “Enable Protection” again

If we have misunderstood and you are trying to transfer your subscription,
please let us know and confirm that AutoUpdate is disabled on your original
computer (if it is still in your possession) or that SpywareBlaster has been
uninstalled (if your original computer is no longer in your possession). Please
let us know if you need instructions.

well, you can manually update forever, for free....

It sounds like with this quote that once you contact them and tell them what happened they will help you fix it. Have you looked over their forum and maybe make a post about your problem. Looking at a question that was posted much like yours in their forum should answer your question. Please post if they do, I'm interested myself how well they support the customer.

i told them that i had to upgrade my pc as it was failing on me and old parts were no longer viable and they sent me that email will try that forum

Let us know what you find out from them. I use SpywareBlaster myself and just do the updates manual. It's to bad that they don't allow you to put a registered copy on more than one system. More people now days have a home system and a laptop. I think these software companies are going to find more and more people get upset about the "one system" install.

How can i get the subscibtion key for FREE? Link me up or something plz! If you guys want i'll give you porn videos of me and a friend, she's a girl too :) thats only if u want it...
