HI guys ...

I shut down my PC today !!
When i boot up back l8ter...

First of all: My Windows = DEAD

A lot of error like the '' MTF'' was deleted and also '' Documents and Settings''.
So .i wasn't able to make a recovery.

Then .. i reinstall WindowZ XP with SP1 .. and then ... at only one partition i can't have access !! But in the Disk management of WindowZ i see it!
But in WindowZ Explorer .. i can't see it !! (u will see in thoses pics below )

I can't have access to the right of the HDD ! ( i am log in administration right )
I have tried in normal user ... nothing too !!

What i can do ?!

Format ?!

PIcs #1 Seing drive in disk management ( can'T have access )

It Look like that Forum wont load my file !!

They are too big !! ( 114k each )

Only thing I can think right now...in Disk Management see if you have the option to mount drive...Import drive....something along that line.

I cannot have access to the administration right for this partitions!!

I think .. the only thing i need to do is format ...

And i also .

i don't have '' option to mount drive...Import drive....'' something like that in Diskmanagement !!


And after ... trying to make some recover ( applications ) over the net !!

Time to format!!

Maybe a bit late but it kinda sounds like a problem i had with a partition the other day it was there but puter refused to let me access the drive the way round i tried and it worked was first i knew the stuff was still there but couldn't access thought maybe partition index was damaged so i never formatted the partition instead i left it as it was and loaded up Get Data Back For NTFS scanned the selection partition and made a full recovery of everything that was on the partiton then i formatted the partition resulting in 0 loss thanx to Get Data Back and my own hunch not to format the drive but to try scan and recovery the stuff.

Thx Merlin .. i keep that about Get Data Back. Sound very great.....
