Tum te tum.....
Oh yes... they did look into it ( or did they  ) The day after I sendt them the fax, I called to make sure they where placing my order, and what did the dude on the phone tell me ? " We did not get any faxes yesterday, nor today " :disgust: Well, it was time for some bigger :2guns: and I sendt an  e-mail, with the order attached, to customer-service, and made a "bcc:" to the general manager, and faxed a copy of it as well. Today, I just recived an e-mail, from the general manager, he is personally looking into  all these problems. Now.... Lets give him a few days, before we call Bush and ask for support :gunsmilie: |
Well sorry to hear about your problems......and I mean PROBLEMS. You started out trying to warn all of us to do backups, now as we all follow your experience you are helping us with future problems we may have by telling us all what you are doing to solve the problem..All I can say is good luck and DON'T send Bush too soon......LOL. Now we all need to go backup our stuff so we won't cry later.
Good Luck BearCat |
Seems like you've had a really bad time with your ISP
Hope you get it sorted out (I mean hope they sort themselves out) It is really annoying when this sort of thing happens, it happened to me as well, I payed a bill on the internet on the first day I recieved it to a company and then they kept sending threatening letters saying they hadn't recieved it and they said you aren't suposed to pay through the internet (why have the facility if you aren't suposed to use it) then they send a letter showing the payment but then they say they never recieved a payment and that they never sent a letter with the payment on it even though it is here and now they want £30 administration charges for making such a mess of things. At least my ISP is ok at the moment :) |

Well at least he has an ISP that will deliver proper broadband connections. I'm stuck with max 2Mbit/512kbit as the max I can get, and that costs 900 danish kroner pr. month (around 120 Euros or USD).

Hang in there BearCat.......Im sure that you ISP problems will be over soon!.....(I have cross my fingers)...:-)
