Hi
I work for the largest ISP in South Africa, M-Web. I'm a web developer and systems admin for the Africa devision. I program in PHP and MySQL. At night i'm a crime fighting masked hero. I scale the roof tops in search of evil. With only my super human strength and my lightning speed, I keep the streets safe of all who dare to hurt the innocent. Actually....on weekends,I'm an entertainer. I play the keyboards and sing, and perform in clubs, pubs, and bars around my home town. you can check out my site. Thats about it from me. not much. Cheers people |

I used to be a SE for a voice/data company that has long since gone belly up - then I was IT Director for a non-profit - now I am IT Director at a country club. Got some nice perks here but busy as HELL! :D And I am also my daughter's father which is another full time job in itself ;) Here she is from halloween: BTW Jaco, I always knew there was something fruity about you :D |

I work as a computer system operator on a IBM iSeries (AS/400) at Technicolor in Camarillo, Calif. We are THE data center for the entire Thomson Corp, which is actually based in France. For our 6000 users, we have 4 16Way IBM-Power5 processors partitioned into 4 separate systems sharing 4.2 TB of 35GB-15K RAID-5 SCSI disks and 2GB of memory, gonna get 2GB more "main storage" and 4 more 16Way CPUs! Been doing the same gig for assorted compaines since 1988, including Citizen Watch Co., Gemological Inst. of America, Delta Dental, etc. The great thing about being an IBM AS/400 sysop, is that many large companies have at least one AS/400, or "iSeries eServer" as they are called now.
