I think, based on what you have said, that you have been double screwed. First by the frauduent buyer, and second by PayPal. After you resolved the ->"PalPal"<- created negative balance in your account (after all they took the money back out), you removed ALL incentive for PayPal to do anything else for you. Those who have been burned by PayPal before keep very small balances in their accounts (and quickly transfer newly added funds out to an untouchable account) to prevent PayPal from taking it back. Sorry to say it, but I give you almost 0% chance of having this resolved in your favor. And the worse part is PayPal controls the entire resolution procedure. After reading the horror stories in the paypalsucks.com site about 1 year ago, I canceled my account and have almost quit using eBay. It seems to have become crowded with fradulent buyers and sellers. I hope things work out for you. Tomboy |
