Hi,

I've used WinISO to strip the visible files/directories, then save as empty .ISO, but with Boot Sector still intact.

You can use the same CD boot file for W2K, XP, and W2K3. I used a W2K file when making a seperate Standard Server ISO from the 3-in-1 and it worked fine.
