I know I'm new guys but congrats and now the task at hand are you ready for it?:) I mean all the long hours and thankless posts/threads that you need to edit and delete not to mention the now added price of the smokes you'll be using and of course any beverages as well to help you make it thru the night n day.

A lot of people think your job is a piece of cake and that you now have it easy, well I know it isn't and also know at first you may be a bit confused but if someone hasn't already told you don't worry you'll get thru this and with the help of each other you will become a dynamic team that will rely on each other and also watch each others backs/territory etc.

Got to hand it to the new crew (AND old) though, so far there hasn't been a hitch and the new input they give is a godsend.
