Well, I don't know if you are still trying but... I am getting connection refused now. Do you have your ports forwarded or a firewall? Gotta make sure you have your ports forwarded cuz the router will act as a hardware firewall. You also need to make sure your software firewall is configured correctly (If you use one, I would highly recommend if you don't.)
