Well, I don't know if you are still trying but... I am getting connection refused now. Do you have your ports forwarded or a firewall? Gotta make sure you have your ports forwarded cuz the router will act as a hardware firewall. You also need to make sure your software firewall is configured correctly (If you use one, I would highly recommend if you don't.)

I'll keep trying, I am not all that knowledable with FTPs but I try to help out.

Or, missing port routing in to your server.
Result : Not able to "talk" to the computer running the server.

[b:b7b376b295]Meaning :[/b:b7b376b295] No DNS result's on your domain name. Your DNS updater may not be running, or my DNS has not been updated.
Or, if your DNS client run's behind your Firewall/Router, you may need to open some port's.
