As mentioned above, why not build your own?

You know what you are getting, and you can be more choosy about what goes into your computer. I am not a big fan of pre-built machines as they usually skimp somewhere... ie ram, onboard sound....

I just built an AMD 1600 with 256 DDR, 40G drive, cd, cdrw etc for a friend for under 800.00 CAD.

If you need any help what so ever, we are all here.
