and wife softs out the banking side via internet as well

I use it to pay bills but i have yet to use it for any online purchases.

Been using online banking since it became available in our country. No problems at all. My bank sends a SMS to me whenever there is any activity on my account. When I log in it sms's and e-mails me on the spot. The same with when money is withdrawn and deposited.

I pay monthly bills and purchase goods from local shops.

mostly online purchases with special cards our bank offers, hardware, software firewalls /NAT... visits to grc very cool. Feel confident paying bills, buying fom reputable spots.

I make a lot of credit card purchases online, and I also check my accounts online, but having worked with computers for 16 years, I don't yet trust them enough for online banking.
