If you get rid of the quotes it should work :)

From what I read in the past SP-2 doesn't pretend to be compatible with all 3rd party anti-virus programs, so this is a really useful thread.

If all else fails, uninstall...reboot...reinstall...change entries without quotes like DoG said and reboot. should work.
