well thanks for all the help guys. I haven't desided what I'm going to do. I really don't feel like buying anything. hehe. I dunno maybe I'll just bite the....the...bullet or something, and download mandrake or slackware. I should be able to get it before the summer is over :P heh

well for some reason I ended up downloading Sorcerer Linux. any one ever used it? it was only an 80MB download but it unziped to 250MB. I heard it was hard to install b/c you have too compile everything and stuff. I guess I'll find out LOL.

Sorceror will take forever to install, because it compiles everything from scratch. However everything will be optimized for your system so it should run quickly.
